Overview
The website will allow brokers and customers to place plant requests to Henry's Plant Farm for approval. Requests are reviewed by HPF, and then the customer and broker will be contacted to finalize shipping terms and/or payment details. Plant requests do not guarantee availability.


Ordering via Website
The steps to submitting an order on the website are:

1. Choose desired ship date.
Choosing an immediate ship date will allow you to add only items that are currently available. By choosing a future date, you will be able to select from all of our products. It is required that you specify your ship date before you can add anything to your cart.

2. Choose broker.
Henry's does not sell directly to customers who do not have a Broker representative. Please contact us if you do not have a broker representative.
It is required that you choose a Broker before you can add anything to your cart.

3. Select Plants 
Browse our site to find plants that you need to complete your order. You can search through our product list by category, seasonal program, color, keyword, etc. Plants that are available to you for that order, will have an "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
You may change the quantity of items in your cart by viewing your cart and changing the quantity next to each item. When you have finished selecting plants, you may then checkout.

4. Checkout
You may submit your request by selecting "Checkout" from your Cart.
From the main menu, this would be Account > View Cart > Checkout
1. You will then provide your company's information and shipping address.
2. You will then provide detailed shipping information.
     Please indicate shipper type, and specific shipping details.
3. You will then indicate if you want tags for your plants.
4. Submit your request.

Brokers
If you are a broker placing an order for a customer, please contact us so that we may create a broker account for you.

Product Availability
When placing an order for immediate delivery, only currently available plants can be selected. To select from all of our stock, you must choose a future delivery date. All plant requests are subject to approval by HPF and plant requests DO NOT guarantee plant availability.

Shipping and Boxing Charges
Shipping and boxing charges are NOT included in the plant total submitted in the plant request. HPF will calculate the shipping and boxing charges based on the details of your order. HPF will contact you with a final amount for your order.
